Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect only what we need to fulfill your order, we don't sell your data, and your payment details never touch our servers.
Information we collect
- Order information — your name, email, phone number, and shipping address, collected at checkout so we can fulfill and communicate about your order.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card number never reaches our systems. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Cart contents — stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so your cart survives between visits. This never leaves your device until you check out.
How we use it
We use your information to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to support requests, and issue refunds. That's it. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
Only the services required to run the store: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Vercel), and the retailers and carriers who fulfill and deliver your order (who receive your shipping address only).
Your choices
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@vyterrasports.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Note that we may need to retain records of completed transactions for tax and accounting purposes.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update this page and note the effective date below.
