Shipping & Returns
Honest timelines and a straightforward returns process — here's exactly what to expect.
Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days. Most orders arrive well within that window, but we'd rather promise what we can keep than surprise you with a delay.
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email. Oversized items such as basketball hoops and full-size soccer goals may ship freight and can take longer — if your order includes one, we'll email you with specifics.
We currently ship within the United States only.
If an item becomes unavailable
We keep our catalog closely managed, but availability can occasionally change between the moment you order and the moment we source your item. If that happens:
- We'll email you promptly — within one business day.
- You choose what happens next: wait for restock, switch to a comparable item, or cancel.
- If we can't fulfill your order, or you'd simply rather not wait, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method — no hoops to jump through.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
- Email support@vyterrasports.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving back to us.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered — in those cases we'll cover it and make things right.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
