Vyterra Sports is operated by Stillpoint Supply LLC, based in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. When these terms say "we" or "us," that's who we mean.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we confirm it by email after payment. In rare cases we may need to cancel an order — for example, if an item becomes unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel, you receive a full refund promptly.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Product availability can change between ordering and fulfillment; our Shipping & Returns policy explains exactly what happens if an item becomes unavailable.

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and images accurate, but manufacturers occasionally update their products. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance on our site doesn't imply sponsorship or endorsement of Vyterra Sports.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects manufacturer warranties that come with the products we sell.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
